• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition (including packaging and tags).

• For hygiene reasons, worn shapewear cannot be returned. Please try items on over underwear when checking fit.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).
